Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Nurse in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assist in the development and delivery of care plans.
• Work as a primary nurse for a group of service users as               required by the Ward Manager.
• Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of    concern to the Manager.
•  Participates in purposeful daily rounds.
• Prepares and administers medications after appropriate              orientation and instruction. 
• Maintains accurate medication records and observes residents    for signs and symptoms of adverse drug reactions.

Job Requirements:

• Patient Care.
• BSC Nursing Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
