Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Organize and coordinate senior officials visits and meetings.
  •  To maintain diaries & calendars for the meetings. 
  •  Act as custodian of records and responsible for day to day secretarial    activities. 
  •  Update and close delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines. 
  •  Schedule and perform word processing activities, format, revise and print    out final copies of complex documents.
  •  Maintain review meeting records and ensures that proper notification is    given of directors' and members' meetings. 

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Age between 24-35 years old.
  • Minimum two years experince in the same field.
