Experienced Hr Officer

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced HR Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Con-calls with the line manager across functions to determine the hiring    strategy for their respective locations.
• Co-ordinating with all the recruitment consultants empanelled for the    positions shared.
•  Maintaining and updating the recruitment database for respective locations    on monthly basis.
•  Engaging with the hiring managers and location admins for fulfilling    manpower requirement.
•  Ensuring that the Recruitment gaps get filled within the stipulated time    period.
•  Scheduling candidate interviews basis the availability of the panel hiring    manager and panel members as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Three years experience in the same field.
• Proficient in excel and MS Office.
• Fluent in English.
