•  Handle Incoming requests from the customers on telephonic calls.
•  Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer need.
•  Talks to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns.
•  Maintains and updates customer information as necessary.
•  Utilizes computer system to verify and document customer requests.
•  Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• Having a minimum of Three years Middle East experience.
•  Strong listening or comprehension skills.
•  Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Excellent communication in English.
