Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Admin Coordinator in UAE.
Job Details:
- Helps prepare submitted forms for review by researching and compiling information needed to supplement the disclosure;
- Reviews and evaluates forms submitted to determine whether it needs further review by applying basic criteria
- Communicates with other offices as directed; directs incoming calls or emails for appropriate handling.
- Assists office staff with data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains the database by entering/updating data; updates the database to document the outcome of the review once completed.
- Schedules meetings and inspections for facility inspectors and faculty through Outlook.
Job Requirements:
- Only Male candidates need to apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Graduate holder.
- With valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Minimum one year experience in the same field.
