Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Arranges interviews for management levels.
• Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of          rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
• Occasionally sources for free-lance designers within short          notice and places them appropriately.
•  Handle employee relations issues & meet with management      regularly to provide guidance and training in areas as needed.
• Oversee external & internal recruiting for our Company,            including working with hiring managers when necessary to        ensure all teams are appropriately staffed.
• Work closely with managers/executive team to analyze and       report on job satisfaction & engagement.

Job Requirements:

• MBA Holder.
• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
