Looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Participate in staff meetings, and help departments meet their    goals and objectives regarding human resources.
• Provide HR training to key employees in other locations.
• Draft HR plans, procedures, and policies, and maintaining the    employee handbook.
•  Implementing effective OD and strategic HR initiatives in          consultation with the senior management.
• Managing and reviewing the company's policies and                  procedures and updating them as required.
• Providing pragmatic HR solutions striking the balance              between best practice, legal requirement and commercial          need.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
