Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Work closely with managers/executive team to analyze and report on job   satisfaction & engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on company's business strategy and market & industry   knowledge.
• Collaborate with Management Team to develop employee review standards   & leadership/management training, and to determine potential talent moves   within the organization.
•  Handle all voluntary & involuntary terminations, conduct Exit Interviews   when applicable.
•  HR Manager will work with our senior leadership team to develop a robust   compensation strategy to ensure company is competitive and fair. 
•  Handle employee relations issues & meet with management regularly to   provide guidance and training in areas as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Good Leadership Skills.
