Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Assist with disciplinary warnings and performance related terminations.
•  Oversee new hire life-cycle from application to start date.
• Train new HR team members on all aspects of the HR support function.
•  Answer general questions related to HR, including benefits and benefit   eligibility, FMLA, accident reporting, disciplinary warnings, and payroll.
•  Manage Exit Interview Survey process.
• Manage performance review process in HR System.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Minimum Three years experience in the field.
•  Proficient in MS office.
