Job Details:

•  Monitor and control quantities, costs and quality of supplies.
• Ensure cost effectiveness of resources under his/ her control      to achieve optimum profitability.
• Accountable for setting up and monitoring controls so that        there is no revenue leakage.
•  Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt        problem resolution.
• Maintain an overall management style in accordance with our    established best practices.
• Provide leadership and direction to all team members to            ensure efficient operation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
