Looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage the essential job functions of all positions within the    store.
• Recruit, develop, train, and retain effective Team Members.
• Manage Team Members effectively by providing constant        feedback on performance.
•  Ensure recipes are replicated more often by many partners        across the country.
• Raise funds of Rs. 5 Cr per year to ensure enough resources      are available for innovation to happen.
• Establish a highly motivated and innovative team to develop    new models.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
