Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Consistently adheres to the documented work flow guidelines and    established procedures.
•  Monitors and adjusts daily flow of new claims to ensure relatively even    flow of work and to minimize backlog of claims.
•  Provides over authority level review for denials and approvals to ensure    claim handling is within established standards.
•  Displays a high level of leadership through employee development,    coaching and performance management.
•  Ensures quality claim decisions in accordance with ERISA requirements    and fair claim practices.
•  Ensures checks released/authorized as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
•  Having Three years experience in same field.

• Strong Organization skills.
