Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned        with the  overall business strategy 
• Ensure correctness and timely payments of employee's dues. 
• Develop business understanding, participate in key                     management discussions, rightfully representing the                   implications on/from a Human Resource standpoint. 
•  Demonstrate solid understanding of business unit operations      as well as the needs and challenges of managers and                  associates.
• Coach leaders on a variety of people management efforts          including performance management and calibration,                  leadership and associate development, and talent                        management.
•  Facilitate development of a Company culture that fosters          collaboration, trust, discipline and respect by undertaking          initiatives at various fronts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
