Senior Hr Executive / Generalist

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Performs trend analysis and industry best practices research to support    enterprise decision making.
•  Generates in-depth benchmarking reports and analysis to provide    compensation recommendations to HR leadership and senior management.
•  Performs research as needed to assist in solving complex compensation-    related issues.
•  Coordinate employee events including the holiday parties, outings, sports    events. 
•  Designs, implements, and monitors the progress of initiatives, milestones    and budgets to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met.
•  Internal change leader dedicated to creating new, innovative, dynamic    employee experiences and engagement initiatives. 

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
•  Strong back ground on Qatar Labor Law and high skills on handling HR    functions.
•  Sensitivity in working with confidential information.
• Having Four years experience in same field.
