Quantity Surveyor -bsc Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Conduct regular design reviews with owner, cost consultant, other    consultants and contractors to follow up on cost issues.
•  Provide advice and clarity during the quantification process. Analyze   Variation Orders.
•  Effectively communicate with project team to resolve conflicts in    interpretation.
•  Work with proposal teams in the planning and execution of new business     price proposals, cost narratives and pricing strategies.
•  Analyze and monitor subcontractor performance; evaluate service/product    offerings and specifications.
•  Work with client contract managers and procurement specialists to resolve     contractual matters.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Having Four years experience in same field.
• Project planning and estimating skills.
•  Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying holder.
