Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensures quality of work meets best equipment and engineering maintenance   practices.
• Responsible for maintaining high employee morale and positive   relationships to control absenteeism, scrap and waste.
• Responsible for teaching safe work practices, good housekeeping   procedures and ensuring adherence.
•  Manages maintenance department to assure on-time production and/or   delivery.
• Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency.
•  Direct management of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant   location.

Job Requirements:

• Having More than 5 years experience in the field.
• Degree holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Analytical Skills.
