Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparation, co-ordination, monitoring of project schedules of    construction activities.
• Estimation, preparation of quantities from drawings.
• Maintain all documentation as required by the company            including all internal reporting.
• Responsible for preparation of revised estimate, rate analysis    for variation order.
•  To workout preliminary quantities of all the items for all the       packages based on preliminary design for the budgeting            purposes.
• Thoroughly check the quantities of all the items in tender          BOQ and suggest amendments.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
