We are looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develops and implements recruitment strategies to identify and maintain an   active talent pool that insures rapid talent replacement.
•  Assesses the organization’s structure and makes recommendations to   reallocate resources.
•  Provides oversight to the staff training and development program.
•  Designs and implements measurement tools that link learning to individual   and organizational performance.
•  Develops and implements a rewards program that is aligned with the   organization’s vision and culture.
•  Monitors and administers a departmental budget and works within   budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years experience in the field.
•  Dynamic & result driven HR professional with MBA.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good IT Skills.
