Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Plan, organize, direct, contro and evaluate construction              projects from start to finish according to schedule,                      specifications and budget.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones.
•  To manage work teams for effective delivery of daily                objectives including the control of work hours, overtime and      incentive schemes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all aspects of the project are compliant with all                contract terms and legal requirement that govern the project.
• Prepare/review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and    additions to contractual agreements with other consultant,          suppliers and client.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
