Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Handle Leave management and make sure all the leave              records are up to date and available whenever required.
• Manage labor compliance and IR related issues 
• Assist with Performance Management; Remuneration &            Benefits and Learning & Development. 
•  Preparing training need analysis and formulating the training    calendar and organising training programme in coordination      with internal / external trainers and monitoring the overall          process 
• Coordination for half yearly and annual appraisal process and    getting the overall KRA / Review mechanism working with      the help of HO HR
• Employee engagement / IR coordination for the project 

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Only Male can apply.
• Minimum 12 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
