Required Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Plans surveys by visiting construction sites ; identifying            pertinent features; assessing surveying requirements.
• On time submission of estimation of projects as per the               schedule.
• Provides reference information by developing and                      maintaining survey databases; inputting data.
•  Assisting in preparation of loss and expense submissions.
• Provide junior staff with guidance on their job                            responsibilities.
• Negotiate with contractors representatives and other                  consultants.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 14 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
