Wanted experienced HR Manager.

Job Details:

• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Attendance monitoring and payroll inputs on a monthly basis
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour laws
• Worked for 18 years in HR and PRO environment in Qatar.
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Nepali
• Excellent computer skills
