Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  To oversee efficient and smooth functioning of the HR Department.
•  To streamline various processes to bring in uniformity and standardization.
•  Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees  Policy development and documentation.
•  Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open   position.
•  Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of   recruiting plans and implementation.
•  Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so   that the processes are transparent and measurable.

Job Requirements:

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Computer Skills.
