Construction Manager

Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  To manage work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including   the control of work hours,overtime and incentive schemes to improve   efficiency.
•  To ensure all aspects of the project are compliant with all contract terms and   legal requirement that govern the project.
•  To prepare/review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions   to contractual agreements with other consultant, suppliers and client.
•  Studying the drawing, relevant codes, preparing BBS, quantity survey,   preparing measurements/bills etc.
• Handle workmen and subcontractors and maintain good relation with client.
•  Reviewing Work method Statements and suggesting better practices for   Better Productivity of labour/Equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Two years experience in the field.
• Bachelor's Degree holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Analytical Skills.
