Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptionsalong with salary records
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Monitor budgets by department

Job Requirements:

Good knowledge of Qatar Labour laws
Having 10 years of HR Experience With MBA in HRM.
Fluent in English, Hindi & Nepali
Excellent computer skills
