Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Executive.

Job Details:

Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR department’s budget
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

Job Requirements:

Demonstrable leadership abilities
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management
Good communication skill.
With 6 years Gulf Experience (4 years Qatar and 2 years UAE)
