Senior Procurement Officer

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Assist the County Procurement Officer in the marketing of  the services to internal and external customers.
• Advise the Council, in liaison with the Deputy County              Procurement Officer/ Principal Procurement Officer, on            price, product and market trends.
• Assist with the provision of advice to the Council and its            departments on matters concerning legislation, environmental    and best procurement practice.
• Assist in providing advice on the administration of all                contractual arrangements and amendments to enable timely        forward transition to departments and users.
• Help monitor and control the day to day operation of the            service ensuring that financial and other operational targets        are met.
• Assist in the development and maintenance appropriate              systems and records as required.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Graduate Holder.
• Minimum 14 years experience is required.
• Only Male can apply.
