Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:
{{ESTRONG}}Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.

Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.

*

Create and run referral bonus programs.

*

Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360°evaluations).

*

Measure employee retention and turnover rates.

*

Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Job Requirements:
{{ESTRONG}}BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

*

Solid communication skills.

Only Male need to apply.
Two years experience in same field.
Good knowledge of labor legislation.
Should be very well versed with UAE Labour Law.
