Civil General Foreman

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Civil General Foreman in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assessing manpower and material requirements, based on          production norms, and prioritize and allocate tasks to ensure      that resources are deployed for maximum effectiveness.
• Providing technical advice and training for the solving of the    more complex problems referred by foremen and to developing their skill level and competence.
• Preparing regular reports on work progress and forecasting        for analysis by engineer or superintendent.
• Co-ordinating with other trade disciplines and stores                  personnel to ensure the integration of work activities and            ready availability of materials and consumables.
• Providing input to engineers for the development and                enhancement of project method statements.
• Undertaking appraisals to assess staff performance in the          execution of assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• IT skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
•  Excellent time management abilities.
• Good communication Skills.
