Job Description :

Requires an experienced Customer Service Engineer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Answering customer calls. 
  •  Resolving client issues. 
  •  Preparing documentation.
  •  Testing equipment.
  •  Assisting maintenance technicians.
  •  Providing feedback on product development.

Job Requirements:

  •  Minimum 3 years experience in customer service.
  •  Only female candidates will be shortlisted for this position.
  •  Should have a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
  •  Preferred Nationality – Indian / Philipino.
