Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:
{{ESTRONG}}Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.

Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.

*

Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.

*

Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.).

*

Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.

*

Participate in coordinaton of projects (e.g. renovations).

Job Requirements: *

High school diploma.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

One year experience in same field.
Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
