Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist in UAE.
Job Details:
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Job Requirements:
- High school degree.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- One year experience in same field.
- Only Female need to apply.
