Wanted experienced HR Manager.

Job Details:

• Maintain organizational charts and detailedalong with salary records
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Monitor budgets by department
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
• Host in-house recruitment events

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour laws
• With 25 years experience including 15 yrs GCC (7+ years Qatar
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Nepali
• Excellent computer skills
