Human Resources Officer

Job Description :

Requires an experienced Human Resources Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Develop training and development programs. 
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Five years experience in a Trading Company.
• Only candidates below Thirty five years age should apply.
• Good Communication skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving licence and Transferable Visa.
