Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Advisor in Dubai.

Job Details:

* Train hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques.

* Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members.

* Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances).

* Monitor key recruiting metrics, like turnover and retention rates.

* Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement.

* Research and recommend performance evaluation methods.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum One year experience in the field.

* BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field.

* Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

* Good experience with Human Resources Management Software.
