Job Description :
Urgently looking for experienced Assistant Manager in Dubai.
Job Details:
* Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
* Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
* Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates.
* Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.
* Suggest sales training programs and techniques.
* Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
Job Requirements:
* Two years experience in the same field.
* BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
* Proficient user of MS Office.
* Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
