Qa/qc Manager

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

* Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve employee,          business and customer results.

* Provide performance feedback, coaching, innovative thinking, and establishment of performance              standards.

* Develop strategic plan for companywide quality programs with senior leadership annually and reports      status regularly to all levels.

* Set companywide quality metrics in pursuit of achieving company strategic plan. Ensure   all Ninkasi employees understand quality metrics and their impact through regular reporting.

* Support cross functional teams to develop quality metrics. Support individuals and   teams in achieving goals.

* Provide senior management with requested reports and analysis as needed. 

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years experience is required.

* Good communication Skills.

* IT Skills.

* Degree/Diploma Holder.
