A leading company looking for experienced Recruitment Manager in Dubai.

Job Details:

* Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.

* Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

* Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.

* Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).

* Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.

* Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

Job Requirements:

* Five years experience in the same field.

* Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.

* Bachelor's Degree holder need to apply.

* Good Presentation Skills.
