Fm Commercial Manager

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced FM Commercial Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

* Identify and respond to PQQ, tenders & frameworks.

* Monitor and respond to activity on CPD and other networks such as E Tenders NI.

* Pricing including correspondence with suppliers.

* Technical sales including design.

* Sales process from contract right through to handover.

* Maintain existing Contract Database for renewals, CPI increase and rates.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years experience is required.

* Good communication skills.

* Degree/Diploma Holder.

* Male/Female can apply.
