Senior Facility Manager

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Senior Facility Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

* Management of the contract to ensure that payment of debts is obtained without dispute.

* Monitor the delivery of an effective PPM Programme.

* Manage performance of assigned and direct contracts to ensure all KPI’s are met.

* Establish and maintain good working partnerships with all stakeholders.

* Provide monthly reports and any other report required by the Client.

* Review the performance of all subcontractors necessary to the effective day to day delivery.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years experience is required.

* Good communication skills.

* Degree/Diploma Holder.

* Male/Female can apply.
