A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Dubai.

Job Details:

* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

* Manage the recruitment and selection process.

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

* Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Job Requirements:

* BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.

* Ten years experience in the same field.

* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Good Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
