It Support Engineer

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer in Qatar.

Job Details:

* Prioritise and manage several open cases at one time.

* Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.

* Provide support, including procedural, documentation.

* Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve    hardware/software faults.

* Configure user rights for various applications.

* Install and configure computer systems, printers, telephones.

Job Requirements:

* IT Skills.

* Degree / Diploma Holder.

* Minimum one year experience is required.

* Good communication skills.
