Training Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Training Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

* Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.

* Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

* Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.

* Provide opportunities for ongoing development.

* Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.

* Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years experience in the field.

* BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Good Presentation skills.
