Looking for experienced Civil Supervisors in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Demonstrates expertise in Civil works-Maintenance and ability to be familiar with Burj Khalifa design        and maintenance civil components.
• Assist to establish coordinates and controls the assigned Civil works maintenance activities for Burj       Khalifa that will be performed by our outsourced service provider.
• Reports and reviews with superior issues, concerns, work practices, SOP and guidelines to ensure             effective operation, maintenance as well as the safety and security of all systems, machinery/                   equipment and field personnel interfaces effectively with personnel from within and outside the Unit in     order to resolve issues and achieve work objectives.
• Reviews the drawings and designs for civil and fit out works and proposes changes as required along      with appropriate comments/ justifications coordinating the same with concern owner fit out                      representative.
• Plans, oversees, implements and monitors a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure                    continuity and smooth flow of repairs/modifications of all assigned sites/buildings as per                          requirements of the Region and in compliance with Building Maintenance standards.
• Participates in establishing the civil maintenance and project coordination related operational                    strategies and guidelines.
• Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
