Qa/qc Manager

Job Description :

Looking for experienced QA /QC Manager in Dubai.

Job Details:

* Provide leadership for the Sensory program. Work with Sensory Technician to   determine most effective and creative means of building and maintaining a sensory   program.

* Oversee training and development of employees directly and indirectly managed and   makes effective staffing decisions.

* Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve   employee, business and customer results.

* Provide performance feedback, coaching, innovative thinking, and establishment of   performance standards.

* Develop strategic plan for company wide quality programs with senior leadership  annually and reports status regularly to all levels.

* Set company wide quality metrics in pursuit of achieving company strategic plan. Ensure   all Ninkasi employees understand quality metrics and their impact through regular   reporting. 

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years experience is required.

* Good communication skills.

* Degree /Diploma Holder.

* Male/Female can apply.
