Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Facility Manager in Mumbai.

Job Details:

* Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed              service levels and to lead on improvement.

* Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.

* Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.

* Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.

* Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors.

* Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum one year experience is required.

* Good communication skills.

* Degree/Diploma Holder.

* Age Below 40 years old.
