Looking For Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi ARabia.

Job Details:

•  Estimation, Project management, Project execution work, Site coordination Converting DPR into measurement on day to basis and Compiling into measurement with respect to drawing / Layout / GFC.
•  Check and verify re-measurement prepared by subcontractor, either in terms of quantity and / or in terms of measurement convention taken and / or in terms of contractual entitlement.
•  Liaise between site managers, project managers, site engineers and the Vendor side.
•  Preparation and verification of measurement sheets, bills for the site as well as oversee sub contractor billing site verification works executed by the contractor Processing the bills & create certificates of payments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• Twelve years experience in construction field.
• Good communication skills.
