Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement efforts for the HR function.
• Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff   when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
• Counsel supervisory/management teams with regard to individual performance   assessments. Where appropriate develop and monitor performance   improvement programs/recognition programs to support the performance   objective.
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and   regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to   maintain compliance.
• Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
