Urgently Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Update and supplement current job knowledge by participating in educational   opportunities and seeking and reading professional publications.
• Check references and deliver employment offers.
•  Work with business owners to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and   local laws and obligations including audits of procedures and policies.
• Administer the payroll process for 15-20 employees including shareholder-   employees and out of state employees using robust payroll services software   with timeclock and employee time accrual functionality and maintain   appropriate records.
• Create and maintain all employee records and documentation of human   resources actions.
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• IT Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
