Urgently Looking for an experienced Engineering Manager in Kochi,Kerala.

• Job Details:
•  Coaching and mentoring the team through waterfall to agile / automated testing
• Coordinating with the development team, architects, product managers and   other engineers on the overall solution
• Creating a common test strategy and framework to cover multiple products   using a common platform, strategy and comprehensive test plan templates
• Negotiating contracts and working with outside consultants
• Deliver comprehensive test results with metrics to manage risk / exposure
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• IT Skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
